Mr. Shahzeb Khalil (IBA) - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Mentor for Essay & Composition

TCA Online is being run under the leader-cum-mentorship of Mr. Shahzeb Khalil. He did his MBA from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. Ms. Kanza Fatima (M.Phil. Lecturer QPC) - Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

Reputed for her expertise in English Grammar and General Science & Ability (GSA), Ms. Kanza is serving at different online and physical setups as Mentor of CSS/PMS Aspirants. With that, she is also serving at Quaid-e-Azam Public College, a renowned institute as Lecturer in English. Interestingly, her academic background includes both science and literature as she is M.Phil. in English Literature & BS in Botanical Sciences. Acclaimed for her debating skills, she debates on many different forums including District, Division and Punjab level competitions and has many certifications in this regard too. Ms. Tayyaba Israr - Inland Revenue Service (IRS) 46th Common - Mentor for Gender Studies

Ms. Tayyaba Israr, a Civil Servant of Pakistan (CSP) from 46th Common belongs to Inland Revenue Service (IRS) and is currently serving as Assistant Commissioner (AC) at Large Taxpayers Unit (LTU), Lahore. She did BS Honors in Mass Communication from the University of the Punjab. Prior to pursue her career in civil service, she was working in the media department of the Senate of Pakistan. She has also offered her services in Punjab Police media cell as Media Analyst (BPS 17) to maintain its Public Relations (PR) especially in the eyes of the general public. Currently, she teaches the subjects of Gender Studies and Governance & Public Policy at TCA Online.

Ms. Sumaya Ali - Information Group (IG) 44th Common - Mentor for Current Affairs

Ms. Sumaya Ali, a Civil Servant of Pakistan (CSP) from 44th Common belongs to Information Group (IG) and is currently serving as Assistant Director at the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), Sindh. Her educational background includes a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from IBA Sukkur and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi. Previously, she has worked in the State Bank of Pakistan and in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. She has immaculate grip on many a subject of the competitive exams. Ms. Zoya Khan (M.Phil. Scholar - UAF) - Mentor for Grammar & Creative Writing

Ms. Zoya Khan is an expert grammarian and academic writer. She has been awarded M.Phil. in Plant sciences from University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) with distinction of earning the roll of honor. She has been anchoring for various national and international conferences, seminars, presentations and official events. She has also won the inter-departmental competitions of story writing for three years consecutively. With her excellent command over grammar and writing skills, she has been teaching courses in paragraph writing, vocabulary building, and classical & modern grammar to CSS/PMS aspirants since 2014. Presently, she is conducting the course of Grammar & Creative Writing (GCW) at TCA Online. In addition to this, she is also a member of TCA evaluation team.

Mr. Waqas Khan - PMS 2018 - Mentor for Islamic Studies

Mr. Waqas Khan, a PMS 2018 qualifier, has been awarded the degree of Bachelor in the Science of Electrical Engineering (BS EE) from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences and Technology (FUUAST), Islamabad. He pursues his ambition of mentorship & has been teaching various subjects to CSS/PMS aspirants since 2017. Presently, he is conducting the course of Islamic Studies at TCA Online.

Mr. Ali Shafqat Khan (Lecturer, NUML Islamabad) - Mentor for G&PP

Mr. Ali Shafqat Khan, in pursuance of his teaching passion, is currently serving as a Lecturer in Governance & Public Policy Department at NUML Islamabad. His research & teaching experience spans over the period of 3 years. He has earned M.Phil. degree in Governance & Public Policy from Riphah International University. Prior to M.Phil., he graduated from the historic Government College (GC) University Lahore. He has also served as Research Associate in Economic Reforms Unit at Ministry of Finance on various Asian Development Bank (ADB) consultancies that include Public Sector Reforms, Energy & Power Sector Reforms, Corporate Governance Reforms. His area of interests includes Public Sector Reforms, Urban Governance, Tourism Policy, and Education Policy. He tweets at @alishafqatkhan.

Ms. Samman Fatima - Mentor for US History

Ms. Samman Fatima has been awarded the degree of M. Phil from Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) in the field of American Studies. She also holds her Master degree in International Relations from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Furthermore, Ms. Samman Fatima is a research scholar and has presented her research articles in many of the renouned international conferences. Her areas of expertise are Foreign Policy and Terrorism. Currently, she is a lecturer at IIUI in the Department of International Relations. She also teaches the History of USA at TCA Online.

Mr. Qazi Hassan Zia - PMS 2018 - Mentor for Pakistan Affairs

Mr. Qazi Hassan Zia, after pursuing a career in merchant navy, ended up as a marine engineer, and switched himself towards the competitive examinations. He has been teaching the aspirants since 2017, and recently qualified PMS. He has an honorary degree in maritime studies and has expertise in teaching Pakistan Affairs and International Relations. Currently, he teaches the subject of Pakistan Affairs at TCA Online.

Ms. Maryam Abbas - Scientific Officer, Pakistan Navy - Guest Lecturer

Miss Maryam Abbas holds an M.Sc degree in Chemistry from University of the Punjab and is currently serving in Pakistan Navy as a Scientist (BPS - 17). She often appears on the platform of TCA Online as a Guest Speaker. In addition, she also performs her vital role in the administrative matters of the academy.

Ms. Ramsha Arif - Coordinator - Scholarship Programs

Ramsha Arif is a young and vibrant motivated speaker in a list of private colleges. She has two master’s degrees from University of Sargodha and Virtual University respectively. In addition to these, she is also pursuing her M.Phil. in Information Technology from Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad. She is also a significant member of The CSPs Academy – Online aka TCA Online and working here as Coordinator – Scholarship Programs.

Ms. Jawaria Abbasi (M.Phil. Scholar, PIDE) - Mentor for Criminology

Ms. Jawaria Abbasi has been awarded M.Phil. in Public Policy from Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Islamabad. She graduated in social sciences from Islamic International University Islamabad (IIUI). She is a researcher and has been teaching Criminology to CSS students since 2016. Apart from that, she also holds expertise in the area of Governance & Public Policy. She is one of the esteemed faculty members at TCA Online.

Mr. Mahmood Sarwar Khan - Manager - Finance, Strategy, & Digitization & Mentor for Business Administration

Mahmood, an electrical engineer from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences & Technology (GIKI) and an MBA graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) brings in his diversified set of skills to our team. He has worked in diverse roles in some of the biggest multinationals in Pakistan and is passionate about playing a role in bringing digital revolution in the country. Currently, he is working in Jazz on the digital strategy and growth of the company. Mahmood’s passion towards extreme digitization especially in the education sector aligns his vision to TCA Online’s vision of digitizing education; hence, has been a great value addition to the team. He is currently helping us in achieving and optimizing our corporate strategy and digitization objectives. In addition to this, he is also the finance manager at TCA Online. In addition, he teaches Business Administration at TCA Online. 

Ms. Asma Choudhary - Junior Social Media Manager

Asma Choudhary is a young  versatile personality and a resplendent beacon of The CSPs Academy - Online aka  TCA Online. She holds a degree of Master in International Relations from  University of Sargodha. Prior to that, she graduated from University of the  Punjab, Lahore and is at home in the fields of science (Zoology) and English. In  addition, she is also an Oxford certified in impartation of Biology. Currently,  she is playing the role of junior social media manager here. Her auspicious  personality profoundly helped this academy to flourish.

Mr. Ali Ejaz - Senior Student Coordinator

Mr. Ali Ejaz is a teacher by  profession as well as by passion. He is pursuing his master’s degree in  Economics from renowned University of the Punjab. His key areas of interest are  Developmental Studies, Human Resource Management and International Economics. He  is currently attached with the TCA Online as Senior Student Coordinator. His  consistent hard work and systematic approach profoundly helped this TCA Online  to flourish.

Dr. Hifza Batool - Information Group (IG) - 48th Common - Mentor for Islamic Studies & Political Science

Dr. Hifza Batool, a Civil Servant of Pakistan (CSP) from 48th Common belongs to Postal Group. She graduated from the prestigious Rawalpindi Medical University (RMC). Presently, she is enrolled in MPhil Health Economics at Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), the best institute for the discipline of Economics in our country. She teaches the subjects of Islamiat & Political Science at TCA Online.

Ms. Aisha Shahid - Foreign Service of Pakistan (FSP) 47th Common- Mentor for GSA

Ms. Aisha Shahid, a Civil Servant of Pakistan (CSP) from 47th Common belongs to the prestigious Foreign Service of Pakistan (FSP). Currently, she is working as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA). Ms. Javeria Shams (PhD Scholar - IR) - Mentor for International Relations & Psychology

Ms. Javeria Shams is a PhD scholar and researcher in International Relations. Erstwhile, she was a Gold Medalist in MPhil (International Relations) from University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. She also has a degree of Bachelor in Psychology with distinction from Lahore College for Woman University (LCWU), Lahore. Furthermore, she is an arduous Researcher and has been teaching the subjects of International Relations & Psychology to the aspirants of CSS since 2019. Ms. Javeria Shams is also working as teacher In Learning Alliance DHA, Lahore and Research Assistant in University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore. She has expertise in the areas of international relations theories, securitization, religious extremism and terrorism.
